Privacy policy
We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Looking after the personal information you share with us is extremely important to us, and we want you to be confident that your personal data is kept safely and securely.
We do not store credit card details or share customer credit card details with any 3rd parties
We may use recommended Apps which have access to personally identifiable information (PII).
Returns policy
Items will be quality checked before dispatch. Only in the rare instances of faulty items or errors by us will be elibible for return to exchange.
If you are not happy with any of our products, call us on 07887935511 and we can advise you on the next steps and do our very best to fix the problem. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return for a faulty item.
Please do not return any items without speaking to a member of the team.
We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty. Please make sure you check any artwork before signing off as pre-approved artwork errors cannot be returned.
Priority deliveries paid for when ordering are customer preference and delivery surcharges cannot be refunded.
Free UK delivery policy
Please allow 10 working days for free delivery. Orders are delivered via the Royal Mail standard first class service.
Tracked 48 order policy
If you chose Royal Mail tracked 48 we will send your order with a tracking number and following dispatch the Royal Mail promise to get it to you within 48 hours. It does not mean that your order will reach you within 48 hours of your order as all our items are embroidered to order.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Ralawise. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Ralawise stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
